Owner & Head Baker of Amelia & Rose

I’m a baker by night (and weekends!) and a corporate pharmaceutical manager by day. I’m a self-taught baker that has always had a passion for baking. My passion stems from the fact that it is the perfect blend of art and science. I love creating visually pleasing desserts and have a massive sweet tooth so it was a no-brainer to start Amelia & Rose.

Amelia & Rose is named in honor of my late grandmothers, both immigrants from the Philippines; Amelia, a stoic, independent business woman and Rosenda (Rose), a tremendous cook and avid gardener.

Everything I got was so delicious! I'm very picky with chocolate chip cookies as I am an experienced baker myself, but the nutella filled cookie definitely hit the spot and passed my approval 🙂 the brownie bar was super fudgy and not too sweet. I'll be a returning customer for sure!

Ordered mini cakesicles for my daughter's first birthday party. Not only was the process seamless from ordering to pick up, but the treats were adorable and absolutely delicious. I will definitely be a return customer!!

Amelia and Rose is beyond amazing, the attention to every detail is incredible. The cake she designed for my daughter's birthday was not only absolutely stunning but also extremely delicious. I got so many compliments on solely the cake and I would highly recommend…cakes, cupcakes, cookies and other desserts for any/every occasion are always made into perfection!
